Este é um livro contado sobre a perspetiva de uma mulher negra nos seus 20s sobre as pressões que colocamos em nós relativamente a encontros, o que queremos numa relação amorosa, as expectativas da família em relação a isso e a aventura de se tentar encontrar a alma gêmea numa APP de encontros.
É uma graphic novel que se assemelha a um livro de auto-ajuda que aconselha e que ensina que talvez não exista apenas um amor para a nossa vida.
No geral, apesar de ter gostado muito das ilustrações do livro, gostava que o livro fosse mais colorido (porque pela capa fiquei com grandes expectativas em relação às cores das ilustrações do livro).
Este livro foi publicado em fevereiro deste ano e recomendo a quem gosta de ler livros sobre relações amorosas e auto-conhecimento.

This is a book told from the perspective of a black woman in her 20s about the pressures we put on ourselves on dating, what we want in a romantic relationship, the family's expectations about it and the adventure of trying to find your soul mate on a dating app.
Why You'll Never Find the One (And Why It Doesn't Matter) is a graphic novel that resembles a self-help book that advises and teaches that maybe there isn't just one love for our life.
Overall, despite having really enjoyed the illustrations in the book, I would have liked the book to be more colorful (because from the cover I had high expectations regarding the colors of the illustrations in the book).
This book was published in February and I recommend it to anyone who likes to read books about love relationships and self-knowledge.
